Jason Harmon

Dr. Jason Harmon serves as Vice President of Enrollment Management. Jason leads the enrollment areas of both the River Forest and Chicago campuses, including admission, enrollment operations, financial aid, and Stars Connect (One-Stop Shop). He joined the Dominican University community in 2022 as Assistant Vice President of Undergraduate Enrollment and has been a part of the university’s record incoming undergraduate classes. 

Jason has over 25 years of higher education experience and is dedicated to serving students through the power of education. Before joining the Dominican University community, he was a Senior Consultant with the Financial Aid Services team at Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL). Prior to his time at RNL, Jason was a Vice President of Enrollment Management at Clarke University (IA) and Marian University (WI). During his time at Marian, the university experienced a significant increase in traditional undergraduate enrollment, including the largest first-year class in the school’s history, which also contributed to a record number of residential students. He previously served in various positions at Aurora University (IL), including Assistant Vice President, Dean of Adult and Graduate Studies, Director of the Orchard Center, Director of Graduate Enrollment, Director of Enrollment at Aurora University’s Woodstock Center, and Director of Enrollment at Aurora University’s George Williams College (WI). 

Jason brings extensive experience in higher education enrollment management, having served in various leadership roles. He has led the areas of admission, athletics, financial aid, marketing and communication, and student retention. Jason received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Master's in Business Administration in Leadership from Aurora University. He earned his Doctor of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University.
