Tim Bowman
School of Information Studies
Bowman is an Associate Professor in the School of Information Studies. He has over ten years of experience examining aspects of social interaction, impression management, the academic reward system, and scholarly communication in online environments, of which he has also widely published in international journals with over 60 academic publications and over 30 conference presentations. More specifically, his research focuses on applying social, psychological, linguistic, and philosophical theories and methods to the study of scholarly communication, altmetrics, the academic reward system, and on the presentation of self in online environments. https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0247-4771
