As a campus resident, you’ll enjoy the convenience of living near classes and all your activities. What’s more, you’re likely to do better academically and adjust better to college life.

How to Apply for Housing
Applying to live on campus is easy, and we’re here to help. Just follow these steps:
- New resident students. If you are a new resident student, please apply at dom.erezlife.com. You will be asked to log in with your Dominican University login information, which was included in your IT Welcome Letter. - Pay your housing deposit. Contact Student Accounts in Lewis Hall or by calling (708) 524-6487. The deposit is:
- $200 for new students
- $50 for returning students
- Register for classes. Incoming students will register for classes during their summer SOAR.
Once we receive your signed housing application and housing deposit, we will make your housing assignment.
Incoming first-year students receive housing assignments by email and post during the last week of July. All other students will be notified of their assignments through email on a rolling basis.
When to Move In
All main campus residents should report to the Coughlin Commons to check in. If you are a new resident student and you are not able to move in until after the Friday of Welcome Weekend, please check into the halls during one of the returning student time slots. All students will need to have emergency contact information available during the check-in process. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
