Please note that you must pay your Tuition Deposit prior to registering for SOAR. If you have questions, please contact the Office of Admission at (708) 524-6800 or chicago.admission@dom.edu.

SOAR starts with check in at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. Students are expected to remain available the entire program length.
There is no campus lot at the Chicago Campus; please allow extra time to find street parking.
Be sure to bring pens, pencils, something with which to take notes, a water bottle, a bag/backpack, and any medication(s) you take regularly or medical device you need for health reasons (i.e. inhalers, EpiPens, etc.).
The SOAR program is designed specifically for new students. There are a few sessions in the afternoon only for students; families are welcome to attend the morning programming.
Students can reschedule your SOAR date through your Admissions Portal unless the deadline for registration has passed (2 days prior to the SOAR session for which you are registered).
If it is within two days before SOAR session, please email the Chicago Campus Advising team with your current registration date and preference for which SOAR session you want to attend.
Please note that space is limited and it may not be possible to change the date of your SOAR session.
You will meet with a member of the Chicago Student Success Team during your SOAR program. They will help you select and register for your first semester classes.
If you have a documented disability or believe you have a disability but don’t yet have documentation, you may request accommodations for SOAR and/or for the academic year. Our Accommodations & Disability Access (ADA) office will follow up with you to coordinate support with the SOAR team.
